- Christians in the Arts Network (CAN) - encouraging, equipping and networking Japanese Christian gifted in the arts through:
- Training in leadership development
- Using gifts in music/drama/art/film making, etc
- MK education teachers for all age groups from K-12 (from one year to full-time)
- Housing Renovations - construction workers to repair/renovate/rebuild missionary housing (anything from two weeks to two years)
- Office Assistant – assist the TEAM Japan office in administrative duties (anytime from two weeks to one year)
