TEAM Japan is looking for people interested in reaching Japanese people through missionary kid education.

To provide a Christ-centered education for the children of evangelical missionaries.
TEAM is one of six sponsoring missions that sponsors the Christian Academy in Japan (CAJ), a K-12 school established in 1950. The school is committed to equipping students to impact the world for Christ. In addition to the day school, CAJ has a division called School Support Services (SSS) that offers support to homeschooling missionaries across Japan.
While providing for the educational needs of missionary children, CAJ also serves many other families who desire this type of education for their children. CAJ’s program uses a biblical approach to life and learning while focusing on helping students become responsible learners, discerning thinkers, productive collaborators, effective communicators, and faithful caretakers. The student body represents numerous countries, cultures, and home languages. Teaching in a cross-cultural setting using a biblical perspective is a challenging, but rewarding opportunity.
Serving at CAJ as a TEAM missionary enables one to directly influence the lives of students and connect with church planting ministries in Japan.
